Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges at this time.
That said, if there’s any issue with your order, please email us — we’ll do our best to make it right!

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Please double-check your address before placing your order.
 We aren’t responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses, and we’re not able to change shipping info once an order is processed.

Can I send a gift?

Yes! Just enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout. While we don’t offer gift wrapping, every order includes a thank-you card from The Fidget Fam — and you can add a personal note in your order message.
